FavePay refunds can be processed in 2 ways:
1. Cancel transaction on FaveBiz within 24 hours.
You can cancel the transaction within 24 hours on FaveBiz if the customer has overpaid / underpaid. The transaction amount is immediately refunded to the customer's wallet and the cashback amount is returned to you.
2. Contact Partner Management team after 24 hours.
If it has been more than 24 hours, you need to contact the Partner Management team at email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org. It will take take 24 hours for the request to be processed and you will forfeit the cashback amount. Fave Credits will be refunded in 2 -3 days, while cash refunds will take 7 - 14 days to be refunded.
Alternatively, your customer can reach out to the Customer Happiness (CH) team via live chat on the Fave app and our team will process their request.
